Mr. David Dodd

David Dodd is the CEO of the International Sustainability & Resilience Center in New Orleans and Chair of the WAPPP Sustainability & Resilience Chapter. David has a long track record in economic development and post disaster recovery experience and is a thought leader on DRR and climate adaptation. His work is recognized by aid organisations and communities across the world. He advocates for financial modelling and geo-mapping to create more accurate predictions of disaster risks over long time periods to implement cost saving approaches.
