Mr. Christopher Sibley

Christopher Sibley is a Senior Statistician in the Central Statistics Office, Ireland. Christopher’s work is on measuring the Irish Economy and in particular the impact of multinationals on GDP. He is currently Head of National Accounts Integration and the CSO’s Large Case Unit, but has spent many years responsible for the Irish Balance of Payments and International Accounts. He received his PhD in Economics in 2005 from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.  He has lectured on statistics and research methods in the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick, the Whitaker School of Government and Management at the Institute of Public Administration and in the Department of Economics in Trinity College Dublin.
