Civil Engineer graduated from the Minas Gerais Educational Foundation, with specialization in traffic engineering. Professional experience as a Planning and Production Engineer. Specialist in Public Policy at the University of Campinas; Business activity in the areas of Manufacturing Industry, Retail Trade and Information Technology and Consultancy Services; President of the Del Rey Shopping Centre Tenants' Association; Director of the Belo Horizonte Chamber of Shopkeepers; President of the Micro and Small Business Council of the Minas Gerais Commercial Association; Director of Commercialisation and Regional Articulation at Sebrae Minas Gerais; former Manager of the Public Policy and Territorial Development Unit at “Sebrae Nacional”. Coordinator of Sebrae Nacional's Legislative Office and responsible for actions aimed at improving the business environment, especially measures and partnerships related to the implementation of the National Statute for Micro and Small Businesses. He is currently Technical Director of Sebrae Nacional.
