Mr. Bilal Kendrici

Bilal Kendirci is Vice President of KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye), responsible for three departments (Entrepreneurship, SME Development and Project Management). Currently, he coordinates the entire KOSGEB Directorates and works with the World Bank Group and the Japan International Cooperation Agency to manage the Post-Earthquake Economic Revitalization Projects. Before joining KOSGEB, he served as a Legislative Expert at the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (2019-2021).

Mr. Kendirici graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration and earned his master's degree in political science and international relations at Cyprus International University.
