Mr. Adel Karoui

Adel Karoui, Businessman based in Turin, married with Elena and have two children, Elias 12 and Sara 7.

I have been in hotels and hospitality industry for more than 32 years and working as a consultant for more than 22 years, specialising in the tourism. During these years, I had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects with a wide range of major customers in Italy and other countries.

I have been involved in all aspects of the consultancy process, from client contact, problem definition, dealing with customer complaints and comments, setting annual budgets, analysing financial information and statistics, setting business targets and marketing strategies, managing staff and model creation.

My experience as a strategy consultant developed my sense of leadership and teamwork, ability to find innovative solutions, strong analytical and technical skills, excellent client relationship management, dedication to project and firm objectives, ability to cope with pressure and project timelines.

I enjoy hotel and tourism consultancy work, its challenges and high rewards, the wide variety of projects, and the opportunities of interacting with owners of hotels and tourism projects is the industry in which I have so far specialized and in which I developed my career: It is dynamic, constantly evolving, open to new ideas; it represents a key factor for the socio-economic development of nations.
