Mr. Adeeb Qasem

Adeeb is HSA Group’s Director of Economic Development Initiatives, which is dedicated to fostering sustainable growth and inclusive economic development in Yemen. The aim of this initiative is to unlock prosperity for all Yemenis by harnessing the potential of the country’s committed and responsible private sector to create an inclusive economy and long-term growth. Adeeb is also the Chairman of ROWAD Foundation, a non-profit organisation focused on creating a vibrant entrepreneurship ecosystem in Yemen. Previously, he was a Research Fellow at the Legatum Center for Development and Entrepreneurship at MIT. Over the last decade, he has held several roles, including as Country Manager at Silatech; Founder of NAHJ Consulting; Executive Director of Resonate! Yemen; and Managing Director and Founder of Dipherent Training. Adeeb holds a master’s in business administration from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a second master’s in public administration from Harvard Kennedy School.
