H.E. Mr. Waleed Ibrahim Mohammed Hussain Al Sayegh

H.E. Mr. Waleed Al Sayegh is Director General of the Finance Department in the Government of Sharjah and CEO of Sharjah Asset Management, the investment arm of the Government. With 25+ years in the sector, Mr. Al Sayegh holds two decades of Auditing & Accounting expertise. Leading across boards, he's recognized in financial and governmental spheres. A finance master's from the University of Lincoln, UK, he chairs Sharjah Holding Company and Sharjah Pipeline Company L.L.C. (ANABEEB), with pivotal roles in the Fiscal Policy Committee, Federal Tax Authority, Tilal Proprieties, Air Arabia, and Bank of Sharjah. His career spans Sharjah International Airport Authority, Dubai Holding, and Al-Futtaim Group. He's a Ministry-approved Chartered Accountant and a Court Approved Expert Accountant in UAE courts.
