H.E. Mr. Lucas Palacios

Lucas Palacios studied economics and business administration at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds a master’s degree in Latin American Studies in International Economics from the University of Salamanca, Spain. He has served in the public sector as Undersecretary for Public Works, advisor to the Finance Ministry’s Budget Office and councilor of Santiago’s Puente Alto municipal district. He has extensive experience in the fields of strategic planning and management, negotiation and conflict management, economic/financial analysis and the development and implementation of public policies.
