Eng. Saleh Ibrahim Alrasheed

Eng. Saleh Alrasheed has been the governor of the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at) since January 2018. He brings over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors across multiple different sectors.

Prior to his appointment as a governor of Monsha’at, Alrasheed held leading roles as the CEO of Riyadh Airports Company (RAC) and Director General of Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON).

He has also served on the boards of multiple public and private sector organizations.

Eng. Saleh holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and IT, a master’s degree in business and an alumnus of Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s (MIT) program for advanced leadership.
