Dr. Manar Al Moneef is NEOM Chief Investment Officer, responsible for developing and implementing NEOM investment strategy by creating growth initiatives and building partnerships. Previously President & CEO of GE Renewable Energy she held leadership roles in oil & gas and healthcare. Manar has an executive MBA from Harvard Business School and PhD from Leicester University.
