Dr. Aggie Asiimwe Konde

Dr. Aggie Asiimwe Konde is the Vice President for Program Innovation & Delivery at AGRA. She led a multidisciplinary team at Msingi East Africa in implementing interventions in growth industries, generating 800+ jobs and engaging various private and public sector actors. She's dedicated to improving fish genetics for SME income enhancement and advocating for local SME growth and supportive policy environments. Aggie mentors girls and promotes social enterprises, focusing on African women's role in economic transformation through her board roles in organizations like ANECCA and Doctors Choice. An MBA holder from the University of Liverpool with an undergraduate degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University, Uganda, she's also Market Systems Development-trained and recently completed the Global CEO Program. With 15+ years' experience across diverse sectors, she's a pragmatic, results-driven leader.
