The 2023 World Investment Forum will be officially opened by the host country, United Arab Emirates, and Ms. Rebeca Grynspan, Secretary-General of UNCTAD in the presence of State and business leaders and other eminent guests. The opening address will introduce the role of the Forum in connecting investment with sustainable development imperatives and set out the concrete objectives and events of the week-long event.
