This session brings together the insights and outcomes generated throughout the climate finance and investment track of the Forum, summarizing key points that will feed into negotiations at COP28 for the benefit of Heads of Delegations and the wider audience. (The session will transition into the closing event in which Heads of Delegations will take stock of all outcomes of the World Investment Forum.)
The partnership with the COP28 incoming presidency, UNFCCC, IRENA and ADGM for the organization of the COP28 preparatory Global Dialogue and Investment Focused Events in conjunction with the World Investment Forum is aimed at ensuring that the numerous climate finance and investment events at the Forum actively contribute to deliberations at COP28.
