The Empretec Leadership Dialogue brings together directors of UNCTAD's global Empretec centres for a strategic exchange on the future of entrepreneurship development in a rapidly changing world. As entrepreneurs face new opportunities and challenges shaped by artificial intelligence, digital transformation, sustainability transitions and evolving business models, the Dialogue will explore how entrepreneurship support organizations can adapt and remain relevant.
Participants will reflect on the future of non-financial business development services, including entrepreneurship training, mentoring, coaching, incubation, acceleration, investment readiness and ecosystem building. The session will provide an opportunity to share experiences, identify emerging needs among entrepreneurs and discuss how the global Empretec network can continue to create value and deliver impact in the years ahead.
Designed as an interactive leadership discussion, the Dialogue will strengthen collaboration across the Empretec network and help shape a shared vision for the next generation of entrepreneurship support.
