This session aims to identify the policy, institutional, financial, and market conditions required to unlock greater investment in the creative economy. It will explore how governments, international organizations, cultural institutions, and investors can build ecosystems that enable creative enterprises to access finance, develop talent, reach international markets, and protect intellectual property.

Key questions may include: What makes a creative economy investment-ready? How can market access, cross-border partnerships and international networks enable creative industries to scale across borders? How can investment readiness be strengthened in developing and emerging economies? How can investment in culture and creativity create value across generations while contributing to more sustainable, inclusive, and peaceful societies?
