Forum Premises
The 8th World Investment Forum 2023 will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), Khaleej Al Arabi Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates 16-20 October 2023.
UNCTAD's World Investment Forum requires visitors with disabilities to have the same opportunities and access as all visitors, therefore ramps and lifts are provided at the entrances to ADNEC, lifts operate between the floors and ADNEC has a limited number of wheelchairs for hire for visitors.
Shuttle Bus
A regular shuttle bus will be arranged between the Abu Dhabi international airport, the Forum conference facilities (ADNEC) and main hotels for registered Forum participants. Additional information will be communicated at a later stage.
Visas
Please check in case you require a visa to enter the UAE. For more information on visa applications, visit the UAE Government website for information. When applying for your visa, you should include your World Investment Forum registration acceptance email. In case of further questions, you can contact visa@aimcongress.com.

Hotel Accommodation
Participants are responsible for making their own accommodation arrangements. A list of hotels close to the conference facilities can be found here. Special hotel rates for WIF participants can be received by using the booking links in the document.
Parking
There are paying car parks at ADNEC that have direct access into the exhibition centre. Additional information can be found on the ADNEC website.
Registration and Security
It is imperative for all participants to adhere to the relevant United Nations security procedures, including registration deadlines and rules concerning identification badges.
For entry to the Forum, you will need to be registered in order to obtain a security badge.
The badge is to be worn at all times on the premises. For this, participants are required to bring with them an official national identification or passport.
Upon arrival at the premises, you are kindly requested to collect your badge at the Accreditation Desk. The Accreditation Desk is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (non-stop) from 15 October 2023.
The Forum starts at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, 16 October 2023. You are advised to arrive by 8:00 a.m. at the latest, to complete the security procedures and arrive at the meeting room in good time.
