Ms. Zofia Mroczek

Zofia Mroczek is a dedicated extension and advisory specialist at the FAO’s Office of Innovation. Her extensive role involves managing various projects and normative work related to assessment of pluralistic extension, extension reform at country level, policies and capacity development, as well as foresight. She is also an expert in decent rural employment, child labour in agriculture, gender, youth and social inclusion. Additionally, she supports guidance materials, studies, and resource mobilization proposals, focusing on promoting pluralistic, demand-driven, market-oriented and inclusive extension and advisory services. Her commitment extends to mainstreaming social sustainability aspects into FAO's processes and projects.
