Ms. Paula Tavangar

Paula Tavangar, an accomplished entrepreneur and leader in Fintech, Blockchain, and Quantitative Finance, now serves as Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Injaz Capital. 

Prior, Paula joined forces with SwissBorg Ventures, leveraging her expertise in blockchain and venture capital to source deals and lead the investment process. She co-founded Genesis Capital LATAM in 2018, and headed the Quant Arbitrage Fund. In the same, she co-founded Wethaq, an Islamic Fintech startup. 

Paula’s active role in the start-up space allowed her to take part in the World Business Angels Forum (WBAF) Global Startup Committee. and also represent the WBAF in the UAE as a commissioner. Paula holds a B.A. in International Finance and an MSc diploma in Financial Engineering with a concentration in Automated Trading Systems.
