Ms. Marina Bianca Kälin

"Marina Kälin has been part of the UNCTAD Youth network since 2018. Passionate about inclusion, equity, and equal opportunities in the labour market, Marina participated in the WIF Youth Conference in 2018 and became Coordinator for Switzerland in 2019 furthering the sustainable development goals and youth integration within the UNCTAD member states. Since then she was a panellist for the UNCTAD15 Youth Forum: “Addressing Gender Inequality Beyond 2021”, contributed to creating initiatives during the COVID-19 crisis focused on reducing inequalities and furthering partnerships, and has contributed to numerous other UN conferences. 

Marina works for Korn Ferry, a global leader in Executive Search, Leadership Development, and Assessment where she supports C-Suite and Non-Executive assessment and selection. Previously, she has led global Inclusion, Equity and Diversity programs and has been part of various grassroots activism groups to reduce inequalities. She has further education in hospitality and talent management, with a specialization in inclusive labor markets, and currently is completing her MBA in Inclusion & Diversity Management.   

Marina has lived in Switzerland, the US, Canada, Italy, and Germany."
