Accredited Hospital Director, seconded by the French Ministry of Health to the World Bank, Karine is globally responsible for social infrastructure PPP at IFC.

IFC advises Governments on structuring, implementing and monitoring social infrastructure PPP in health, education and affordable housing.

Karine holds an Executive MBA with distinction from the London Business School, graduated from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en Santé Publique, as well as from Sciences Po Paris.
