Jemima Cooper is an Associate Director of Operations at Napier Meridian since October 2022. Napier Meridian is an independent strategy improvement consultancy, that focuses on delivering concepts for disruptive national-level capability development. Currently spearhead projects across the Critical Minerals, ESG and Mining space. and an Independent Consultant in Business Development and Strategy for Sidos Intelligence since 2018. In 2022 she has been Co-Founder & Program Manager for Peak Entrepreneur Performance Project (PEPP) in Switzerland. She is a former elite athlete; from being a professional ballerina, she turned into a long-distance triathlete and runner.
