Ms. Hiba Larsson

Ms. Hiba Larsson is a Principal at NatureFinance, where she leads the organization's nature investment activities. With 16 years of international finance experience, she possesses a deep understanding of various capital providers, a well-established network of investors, and specialized expertise in agriculture, including agricultural technology (ag tech). Throughout her career, Hiba has worked in Stockholm, London, Sydney, and most recently the UAE. In her previous role as COO Middle East at Respira International, an impact-finance business and subsidiary of Global Harvester Holdings, she played a pivotal role. Before that, Hiba co-founded Bydand Ag Partners, where she served as CEO, managing an initial portfolio of AUD $50 million across three farmland aggregations. Additionally, she has held positions as a Director at New Hope Group and UBS, and worked as an analyst at Dexion Capital, RBS Global Banking and Markets, and SEB.

Hiba has also served in various advisory and board roles and currently holds a Non-Executive Director position at OneFarm, a UK/Netherlands-based company specializing in designing and deploying large-scale fully circular vertical farms. She obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the School of Business, Economics & Commercial Law in Sweden and is currently based in Stockholm.
