Ms. Daria Zinoveva

Daria carries expertise in international economic law, particularly on trade barriers and international agreements. She has undertaken extensive legislative research in the field of technical and SPS regulation in the international trade. She also conducts capacity building and training courses at Moscow State Institute of International Relations. At present she is working with Agroexport under Ministry of Agriculture, Russia, primarily focused on analysis of market access conditions and non-tariff barriers. In her previous assignment, Daria participated in governmental working groups on export support and served an expert in the WTO trade disputes. As an independent expert, Daria has participated in numerous expert councils of the Eurasian Commission and has been a team-leader in international research projects, concerning surveillance transformation and dispute resolution in the Eurasian Union. Since June 2019, she has also been a Responsible Secretary of the Committee of the Eurasian Business Committee on trade and economic relations with China.
