Ms. Camila Escobar

President of Procafecol S.A., the company responsible for managing Juan
Valdez brand, and member of the management boards of Farmatodo,
BBVA and ANDI. She is also part of Women in Connection, the United
Nations High Level Expert Group regarding climate change, the
investment committee of Yellowstone Capital Partners and Consejo
Asesor CCI.

Camila was chosen as the best Business Leader of the year in 2021 by the
Colombian newspaper Portafolio. Due to her important career, she has
been recognized twice by Forbes Magazine as one of the 100 most
powerful women in Colombia, one of the 500 most influential leaders in
Latin America by Bloomberg and Rising Talent 2020 at the Women's
Forum.

One of her first jobs was working for the National Federation of Coffee
Growers of Colombia and since October 1st of 2018, she assumed the
presidency of Procafecol S.A. Previously, she led the Business Intelligence
and Marketing unit at Belcorp and oversaw high impact projects at
McKinsey & Company Colombia.
Camila is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad de los Andes, with a
Harvard MBA.
