BIOGRAPHY
Raphaël Fofana is in charge of Underwriting development projects in ICIEC Member countries where he spent 5 years working on complex structured finance transactions mainly in the African region.
He is also now acting as the Head of the UAE office in Dubai. Before joining the Islamic Development Bank Group, he used to work in capital markets in France for several large international institutions.
Raphaël, who is a CFA Charterholder, also holds 2 Master’s degrees in international corporate finance and public affairs from the French political school “Sciences Po. Paris”.
