Mr. Rafael Guardans

Rafel Guardans holds a law degree from the Navarra University and completed postgraduate studies at the Complutense University of Madrid. 

With a focus on international cooperation for development, he led CODESPA and FUNDESO, overseeing over a thousand socio-economic projects across Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Since 2014, as Director of International and Corporate Relations at ATREVIA, he leverages vast experience in public-private collaboration. 

Actively engaged in civil society, he presides over FIES Foundation, serves on the boards of Save the Children Spain and the Resource Foundation, and holds positions in influential councils. 

Recognitions include Colombian citizenship in 2008, the Honor Plate of the Spanish Order of Civil Merit in 2005, and the keys to Santiago de Cali in 1992.
