BIOGRAPHY

Mr. NENGUE has a total of 35 years of experience at the highest level of organizational management with a diversified orientation in the strategic areas of public and private management. He was an Auditor for a long time, he spent 15 years managing financing funds in the field of infrastructure on the one hand, as Administrator of the Road Maintenance Fund of Cameroon and President of the Road Maintenance Fund in within AFERA; in this capacity, he practiced with great interest the commercialization of road networks. Since December 2016, he has also tackled the organization of financing the development of agriculture in his country and particularly the cultivation of cocoa and coffee as Administrator of the the Cocoa and Coffee Sub Sectors Development Fund (CCODEF). It is in this context that, drawing on his rich experience and previous expertise, he was led to recommend, from 2019, direct support for cocoa and coffee producers through the establishment of an organization focused on the digitalization of agriculture through the use of electronic purchase vouchers and business plans organized within the framework of the “Producers’ Desk”. This system, which is based on the systematization of the registration of producers and the creation of a georeferenced Database of producers, has consequently made it possible to introduce these two speculations to Cameroonian producers as an experimental basis for new agricultural practices. As part of the so-called Agroecological Transition’ Desk, and to crown the process described above, the creation of a third Window for co-financing collective infrastructure to improve the quality of Cameroonian merchant cocoa and coffee through a Community Desk. The creation of these three desks thus opens up a vast field of application for other agricultural production.
