BIOGRAPHY
Eng. Nayef Al-Haddad received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois in 2001 and Master’s in business administration from Gulf University for Science and Technology in 2016. He has more than 20 years of experience in the energy sector, working for Kuwait Ministry of Electricity and Water (MEWRE), GCC Interconnection Authority (GCCIA), and Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP).
He’s currently the Manger of Research and Strategic Planning at KAPP, and has managed multiple local IWPPP projects, and power trading deals between GCC countries. He is also the Chair of the MENA Chapter for the World Association of PPP Units & Professionals.
