Mr. Nadeem Alduaij

Nadeem is a physician executive, a digital global health innovator, and a connector at heart. He currently serves as a Consultant for the Research and Innovation Center at the Department of Health Abu Dhabi. Nadeem is also the Co-Founder of Baraka Impact Finance, a Swiss global health impact investing advisory and data analytics platform. 

Nadeem’s career spans twenty years and three continents. Previously, he co-founded a digital primary healthcare company and served as Advisor for Digital Transformation and Health Systems Reform in Switzerland and in Kuwait. Nadeem also held positions as Chief of Emergency Medicine in Kuwait, Associate Chief and Instructor at Harvard-affiliated hospitals, and Fellow in International Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

He earned his MD from Université de Genève and his MPH in Global Health Policy from Harvard University. Nadeem completed his clinical training at the Harvard-Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency (BIDMC) and at the Harvard Medical Toxicology Fellowship (Boston Children’s Hospital).
