Mr. Mos’ab Al Burih

Mosaab has extensive experience in infrastructure projects spanning a diverse range of sectors comprising Utilities, Healthcare, and Constructions.  He started his PPP career with the transformation of the water distribution services in KSA, and soon found that he had a natural talent for managing complex projects, which brought him to the transformation projects for the Ministry of Health in KSA. Utilising his past experiences, Mosaab then took on the role of leading the PPP procurer Transactions and Execution at Tatweer Buildings Company, which were pathfinder schemes in the Social Infrastructure Sector, totalling over SAR 9 Billion in CAPEX and OPEX expenditure. His extensive involvement in Technical, Financial, and Legal aspects of PPP projects, has allowed him to gain enviable experience in navigating and interacting with various governmental entities to achieve mutual success for the Public and Private Sector.
