Director of the Foreign Investment at PRODOMINICANA. He began his professional trajectory 27 years ago within the financial sector in the Dominican Republic in the largest Insurance company in the Caribbean and Central America, where he spent most of his formative years and for the next decade. He 
has managed several multinational companies and projects, locally and internationally, including the set up and franchising of an Israeli retail chain in the USA.
