BIOGRAPHY
Manuel Sobrino, 30 years old, is a biotech entrepreneur working with the electrophysiology of plants. He has experience in the financial sector working as a quantitative analyst in hedge funds in London, UK, and in Argentina's Control Environmental Agriculture industry, funding and developing hydroponic companies. Today he is co-founder and CEO of Sylvarum, a StartUp that combines science and technology to hack the metabolism of plants and thus improve crop yields. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Singularity University Buenos Aires Chapter.
