Mr. Maher Aboud

Maher serves as the Group CEO of Ghassan Aboud Group, a prominent UAE conglomerate spanning automotive, food, hospitality, logistics, healthcare, and e-commerce sectors. Leading key brands like Ghassan Aboud Automotive, Grandiose, Galean, Gallega, Olive Country, Crystalbrook Collection, BuyGro, and BuyParts24, Maher fuels the Group's growth. Furthermore, he spearheads the groundbreaking Public-Private Partnership with Abu Dhabi Ports Group to develop the Global Auto Hub Abu Dhabi and Abu Dhabi Food Hub, aligning with UAE's food security and trade objectives. His journey with the Group began in 2006, primarily building the core automotive business. In early 2023, Maher was appointed Group CEO, entrusted with shaping the future growth strategy. Maher boasts a civil engineering degree from Aleppo University, along with a master’s in international business from the University of Wollongong and an MBA from INSEAD.
