Mr. Elsevar Latifli

He is a senior research fellow at the Economic Scientific Research Institute (ESRI) of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He previously worked as a chief specialist at the ESRI. He holds a BA degree in International Relations from ADA University and an MA degree in International Relations and Regional Studies from the University of Tartu. His areas of expertise include public-private partnerships, green economy, energy infrastructure and economic diplomacy.
