BIOGRAPHY
The RDB is tasked with leading private sector growth in Rwanda. In his role, Dennis Gatera currently leads the transaction structuring division which negotiates, structures and executes investment agreements on behalf of the Government of Rwanda. The division is also in charge of privatizing the GoR’s assets. The team is made up of legal analysts, financial analysts, PPP and privatization analysts.
The team has advised on large infrastructure projects like the Bugesera Airport, several power projects and real estate projects. Dennis previously based in the U.S where he worked in financial services and at George Washington University.
He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis University
