Mr. Cédric Daou

Cedric has more than 15 years consulting experience working with central, sectorial and local governments as well as with the private sector in the formulation and implementation of privatization and PPPs agendas and projects across multiple sectors including Utilities, Social, Transport, Municipal, Housing, Agriculture, Security and Environment. 

He has supported the establishment of multiple PPP units and the development of nationalPPP frameworks and guidelines, formulated more than 10 sectorial PPP plans and advised more than 40 PPP and privatization transactions across the lifecycle from pre-feasibility totendering and post-contract management.
