BIOGRAPHY
Zarlasht is a PhD candidate, McGill University. Her dissertation focuses on the effect of trade institutions on participation of firms and countries in GVCs and its implication for development and trade politics. In 2023-2024 academic year, she will be a Research Fellow at the Warwick Business School, working on firms and supply chains. She is also the 2022 winner of the UNCTAD-AIB Award for Research on Investment and Development.
