BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Mohammed Alyami, Ph.D., is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the private sector. His expertise spans program and policy evaluation, impact assessment, development effectiveness, project evaluation, and research methodology. Currently serving as the Director of the Development Effectiveness Department at the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD), he has over nine years of experience at ICD, including leadership roles and significant contributions to the field. Dr. Alyami's career also includes a stint as a Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School, where he engaged in postdoctoral research. He holds a Ph.D. in Evaluation from Western Michigan University, supplemented by a master’s degree in human resources development from the same institution. Dr. Alyami's career in program evaluation and research underscores his proficiency in these critical domains, solidifying his reputation in the private sector's evaluation and development arena.
