Dr. Emad El Dukair

Dr. Dukair is a distinguished Saudi Arabian medical doctor and businessman with more than 35 years of diverse international experience and reputation. He’s a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (London).  In 1984 he opened a poly clinic specializing in the provision of Obstetrics and Gynecology services. In 1998 he joined the Board of Directors of InterHealth Canada Limited. Since 2005, he has also worked on developing Public Private Partnerships. He was Chairman of the Saudi Canadian Business Council 2014 - 2019, and is the current Chairman of the Saudi British Business Council 2019 - 2027. He’s a member of the Board of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council UK, a member of the Saudi Russian Business Council, a member of the Qatar University Healthcare International Advisory Board 2023, a member of the Saudi Council of Health Insurance 2023.
